Title: Red/Brewers Trade
Post by: Vik on May 01, 2019, 01:21:54 PM

Reds trade:

RP Sean Doolittle 1.7m 2022 (Reds pay full 1.7m 2019 and 2020)
MI Jack Mayfield spec

Brewers trade:

RP Anthony Banda 550k ARB 2023
MI Daniel Mendick spec
OF Aaron Whitefield spec
RP Austin Davis spec

Moving some young guys for immediate production in Doolittle. Even with a few other small deals for an RP I still have a lot of them injured so adding a proven guy like Doolittle helps especially with no cap hit next 2 years. Also like Mayfield and if Houston can find a way to make room for him could give me some production later in the year.
