Current salary is at $6.0 - 2009.

Figgins rankings for CI:
2009 - 82
2008 - 79

79th rank has a minimum salary of 500k.  However, Figgins must earn at least 50% of his previous contract.

New contract signed at $3.0 for 2 years.
