I checked the stats and Pavano's 36th ranking in 2009 will grant him a $9.5m extension.  You looked it up in the table (and looked at the corresponding row) instead of using the calculator in the TLH corner.

I'll verify this extension at $9.5m through 2010.  :judge:

BTW, you are under the cap by $10m right now, but you are two players over with that last trade.  You'll need to release two players in the near future. I'll give you some time since it is the off-season.
