By what date do we have to decide whether to offer Arbitration eligible players an extension.

Good question! I don't think this has been addressed before. Let's say November 15? Anybody disapprove? We would begin free agency 12/1? How does that sound?

I tried to find if we had discussed it before but we never set a date.  I felt it important to bring up before free agency and having to have our rosters finalized for next season with needing to be under the cap for some of us.  I am fine with the 11/15 date.

Dates sound good to me
