Title: Cubs and Cardinals Trade
Post by: Paul S. on March 08, 2010, 04:54:06 PM

Cubs trade C Jose Molina $1 (2010)

Cardinals trade RP Angel Guzman $2 (2012) and draft pick 10-19.

The Cardinals make this trade to move Guzman who will spend this year on the DL.  Guzman should make his comeback in 2011.

Cubs to confirm.

I accept because I don't need Molina anymore.  Guzman comes back to the Cubs and will be part of a very competitive bullpen in 2011.
