That is an invalid contract. To read the rules for contracts follow this link.  http://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=8270.0

Contracts have a minimum and maximum years depending on the value of the contract per year.  The table is posted below.  For a 5 year contract the average salary per year needs to be greater than 8M not the total value of the contract.  The longest you can go at 8M is 3 years.  So your best option for a contract is 2.7M for 3 years.

Maximum and Minimum Years
<= $1.4m, 2 years
$1.5m - $5.4m, 3 years
$5.5m - $7.9m, 4 years
>=$8m, 5 years (the overall limit)
