Title: When does 2011 Books Close?

Are 2011 books closed on 10/1 or 12/15?  Do the cap hits for released players with contract beyond 2011 go up on 10/1 or 12/15?

I would think the books would change over after 10/15 end of prospect extensions, but I would like someone else to chime in on this as well.

I picked 10/1 because it related to the deadline for non-prospects.  The cap values don't change for prospects so I ignored the 10/15 deadline for this purpose.

I think we should keep it at 10/15 just so everything is in a nice little bow
