Title: Hurricanes-Kings Trade
Post by: halo99 on November 22, 2018, 09:28:01 PM

Carolina Trades:
Paul Stastny, $2.5m (2016-2019)
Round 2 - 2019  (from :MIN-NHL:*; originally :NJD:)
Round 2 - 2019

LA Trades:
Cody Ceci, $3.3m (2017-2020)

Carolina needs help on Defense and while the price is high I feel like this will help the team next year as well.

Godzilla to confirm. Thanks for the easy trade talks.

:iatp: Kings confirm this trade. We're changing things up a little in SoCal. Ceci is on a highscoring Sens team this yr but I've liked Stastny for a long time and it's great to bring him into the fold. Can't wait til Paul recovers from his injury in mid-December. Thanks Halo99!

:iatp: Ceci plays for the suddenly high scoring Sens and Paul's out until mid-late December but those picks make this worth while for LA.
