Not doing RFA anymore... open bidding on everyone with draft pick compensation, no more original team bid matching.

Keppinger is ranked 64th and would not qualify as Type A or B.
Marmol is ranked 31st and would qualify as Type A

Please note that 2011 rankings apply. Please reconfirm your drops.

Confirm the drops of Keppinger (no comp) and Marmol (class A comp) and add Dallas Braden (no comp) $1m to drop
