= $7m x 1.1 = $7.7m rounded to $7.5m 2019 cap hit

X-SP McHugh, Collin, Released Under Contract, $2m in 2019 $2m $1m $1m
= $4m x 1.1 = $4.4m round to $4.5m 2019 cap hit
