Mike Stanton - Rookie extension (ranked 16): 13M * 0.5 = 6.5M -> 6.5M (2016)

Stanton prospect contract ends in 2013.  Wouldn't his contract be at 40% of market value?

20XX+1 - 50%
20XX+2 - 40%
20XX+3, n/a - 30%

Correct, it should be $5m (2016).
