Correct. Sam, unfortunately you can't sign Scutaro for 5 years, as he would need to make at least $10 million a year to fall into that contract. You can do any of the options that Daniel has listed though. :koolaid:

Yep. You have until March 18th to decide if you will match or not. Sam, this player is an RFA of the Blue Jays, so they could match your offer.
