Title: 48 Hours added to all bids started prior to 2/28

That is all, since the site was down for 48 hours, 48 hours will now be added to every bid that was live, making them now 5 days. If a bid ended today between 5-8 PM, it will now be over between 5-8 PM tomorrow. Eastern time that is, because that is the time my clock is on.

Dan, I think the bidding period for my two guys would have ended even before that...like February 27th 12:45ish A.M.

Yes, they were started before today, so therefore they will end 48 hours after they were supposed to. Being March 1st at 12 whatever AM.
