RP Rondon, Hector $1m 2018   $0.5m 2019= $1.5m + $150k= $1.65 or $1.5m
SP Holland, Derek  $1.5m 2018 $1m 2019= $2.5m + $250k= $2.75 or $3m

The Rondon buyout is actually going to be $2.0m because buyouts are always rounded up to the nearest $0.5m.
