Title: TRADE -- Royals-Rockies 2-9-18 5:12 pm ET
Post by: dedreger on February 09, 2018, 04:15:11 PM

Royals send:
OF Hicks, Aaron, $1m (2018)
X-Hicks, Aaron, Cash Exchange, $1m in 2018

Rockies send:
OF Kirilloff, Alex, $0.5m (P-n/a)

Another flip of a guy who isn't part of the long term plan for a prospect I like.  I had no issue with covering the small salary to help close the deal.  Thanks, Paul, and good luck.

Rockies confirm.  We expect Kirilloff to have a good MLB career but it will take a few years and we have some other good OF prospects.  Thanks Daniel!

:iatp: I am a big fan of Kiriloff. Hicks is an affordable option to help today. Way to grind this one out boys
