Title: WSH BO (shift to MiLR) & LTIR move

I don't think that moving Healey to the minors while you wait for the commissioners to make a transaction is valid under the rules. It seems pretty similar to the infraction that Vegas committed earlier in the year. Just saying.

Nope. I bought him out, meaning he is no longer on my team. Pretty clear transaction.

Post by: blkhwkfn on January 03, 2018, 07:59:37 PM: I agree Buy Outs are basically an instant boot off the roster. I think Daddys Roster issue was the fact the player that was on MILR was not bought out but under active contract.
