Minn agrees to trade. Im very high on wong with him being on the exspansion team. I feel with vegas team just starting out i feal once wong shows what he can do in ahl i feel he will be called up sooner than later

Approve
Wasn't Wong a FA? To cash him in for a 1st round pick must be like leaving the club with the hottest chick feeling.
-
Approve
Its more like a pick upgrade for Wong since a 2nd is going back.

Didn't Avs send Mikhail Grigorenko, $0.8m (2016-2018) in August and now Colorado wants his dead cap in return for shipping off a bigger dead weight contract?
I'll think it over.

Indians Nation must really like Wong lol.
I'm not a fan of either of those trades involving Grigorenko for Indians Nation but it seems like he was just a cap dump in both trades since he signed in the KHL earlier this summer. Not sure why somebody just doesn't buy this guy out instead of passing him around.
Also Not sure why you wouldn't just sign Wong for free if you wanted him instead of moving down 15-20 spots in the draft.
This isn't close to the worst trade I've ever seen posted here though.

Both guys will stay busy, prefer not to see this but it happens. We do notice a strong pattern of trades weighted in one team's fav. Will continue to monitor.

Ok first off i did bid on wong and i missed out on him time wise. 2nd thing is i moved a player that wasnt playing for atleast 3 yrs if he ever reuturns ever in nhl. Yes i did move a 1st rd pick im not denieing that but the way people are talking i feel that u guys. Think im cheating on something and thats not cool if someone has issues with what im doing then come talk to me. I am high on wong i think he has a chance to help my team. I move down 20 spots.

I think it's blown out of proportion we do have a committee for trades here and not all trades are going to be viewed with rose colored glasses. Game on
-
Approved with 2 thumbs up!
I think what the commissioners are saying is what most of us notice. We let the trades go because it's your cash if you want to flip players.

We run the league and we notice stuff. That's it. If you want everyone to look the other way, that's the wrong league. Look at Daddy posting his opinions. Free speech

Approved.
Some other Trade Committee members said it but I'm not a big fan of the trade back and forths in such a short period of time. Doesn't feel right.
Wild traded away a
1st rounder,
Alec Martinez (think that was a cap move 6.7m off the books)
Tyson Jost a top prospect in Colorado
for
Tyler Wong, $1.5m (2017-2020) recent FA signing
Round 2 - 2018
C - Josh Norris (2017: 1/19 - 0 Games) which is a 1st round pick
Derrick Pouliot, $0.6m (2016-2018)
Any how, it's your team and it sure as hell is entertaining if nothing else.

:iatp:
Colorado is clearly stacking 1st round picks. I don't see what was exactly given for one here, but no blood no foul.
-
:iatp: Lots of feedback on this one. The trade back of Grigorenko gives off a bad vibe.
