Once the season starts these team will be in violation of various roster rules and subject to an ass-kicking FNHL-style. LOL
All offenders have a grace period so just correct the issue:
Florida - exceed MiLR by 2 (will give you 48hrs to correct since MiLR not up to date since Draft)

RW - Joel Vermin (2013: 7/186 - 24 Games)

Hishon could have been great if not for those concussions and subsequent frequency of other injuries & ailments.
He still made a couple million USD and scored on Pekka Rinne once upon a time.
