Russo & Hagel were released (bought out)
Landon Bow is on the active NHL roster because he has been given an NHL contract. In this league we cannot demote players to the minors once called up. (A rule that makes no sense because we try to mimmic the real NHL and they do it all the time)
In any event, rules being what they are, Bow must remain on the active roster.
Added to this the buyouts of...
Joel Hanley, $0.2m (2017-2019)
Nelson Nogier, $0.2m (2017-2019)

Hockeygoons post is a FNHL roster clean up, this is what he is getting a 1/3 of PPGs pay for. so what he posted exactly matches your transactions
