Title: Jackets leavin on a Jet Plane
Post by: blkhwkfn on September 09, 2017, 10:02:35 PM
To Winnipeg

C Matt Stajan, $1.0m (2016-2018)
D Greg Pateryn, $1.6m (2017-2020)
D Chaz Reddekopp, $0.2m (2016-2018)

To CBJ

Winnipeg's 2017 3rd pick 77th over all

This move for CBJ opens up roster spots for youth to be promoted and also helps out the Jets fill some holes in the roster. The key piece in this deal is Late round pick (7th round 2015) Chaz Reddekopp. He is a long shot to make the Kings this year but will press hard for a roster spot after a full season in the AHL. With what I have waiting I just don't have room for him. thanks for the easy talks Hockeygoon!

The Jets agrees to complete this trade with the Blue Jackets. Most definitely looking to fill some holes currently in the roster and cant wait to get this season started. Thanks blkhwkfn!

"Only beer and soup for me thanks!" :toast:
