Title: Preds and Sens Deal
Post by: Burkes Boys on August 27, 2017, 10:30:24 PM
Traded to Ottawa
Tyler Bozak, $2.5m (2015-2018)
C - William Bitten (2016: 3/70 - 0 Games)

Traded to Nashville
Mike Hoffman, $4.5m (2015-2018)
Mark Pysyk, $2.8m (2017-2020)

This trade was made to fill needs on both sides. We were mainly interested in a skilled Winger. Happy to get this some more needs filled before the start of the season. Ottawa to confirm. Thanks EG!

Sens agree to this trade with Nashville. We really like Bozak and what he brings to our team. Bozak will bring scoring to an area where our team needs help, at Center. Bitten is a great add to our minor league system. Can't wait for Will to reach the NHL soon.

Good trade for both teams. Bitten and Pysyk both hold potential.
