Title: CBJ Buffalo Dance
Post by: blkhwkfn on August 21, 2017, 02:20:38 PM
Quick change

To Buffalo
D Jake Muzzin 6.2 (2015-19)

To CBJ
RW Curtis Lazar 1.5 (2017-20)

This move clears some cap space for Columbus that sets up other flexibility actions. Buffalo gets a solid veteran blueliner to add to a good D core. Very easy talks as usual thanks Burke!

BUF here to confirm this trade. Good veteran D to add. Lost a chunk of cap and a great young kid with an amazing contract but need to rebuild certain areas of our roster for the  17-18 season. Always good working with Blk amd his lawyers to close the deal.

Good deal on both sides. Muzzin's contract look pretty good for his exp and skill level considering the FA D signings we've been having.

Approve. Trading cap and a veteran Dman for a forward with untapped potential. Good trade.
