Title: Penguins and Canucks reach a Deal!
Post by: jackdaniels on August 26, 2011, 01:24:48 PM

Traded to Pens
Round 2 - 2011 (VAN 28/30)

Traded to Nucks
LW - Aaron Asham, $1.5m (2012-2013)
D - Ben Lovejoy, $0.5m (2012-2013)
D - Deryk Engelland, $0.8m (2012-2013)

For trade committee's approval. Another day, another trade That's why we love Dynasty leagues so much. My Penguins wanted to move some players to acquire another late pick in the second round to "roll the dice" in the Draft - it's like a box of chocolates, you never know... lol Then again, maybe I like gambling on draft picks. haha Vancouver was looking to add players to their roster so we hammered out this deal.

Thanks for the tic tac toe negotiations Corey.  :toast:
Canucks to confirm.

Vancouver confirms. Draft picks are hit or miss. And well im guessing, with my hockey ability it will be a miss. So why not acquire a few pieces that can help me.

Thanks Jack for the patience
