Philly gets
MI Galvis, Freddy, $1.5m (2019)
MIN pays $1.5m in 2017
RP Adleman, Tim, $0.5m (P-2019)
SP Russell, Ashe, $0.5m (P-na)

Twins get
SP Urias, Julio, $0.5m (P-2019)   

Philly does this to land Galvis. It's a small gamble he remains a starter with Crawford and Kingery in the minors. Urias can turn out to be a really good pitcher but I'm trying to win now. If Galvis starts just the rest of this season I'm happy.

Twins to confirm

Note:

Twins will demote Albertos now that we have room in our minors.

Phillies -- If approved please place Ashe Russell in the minors.

I accept. Galvis is a solid player, but a limited ceiling and I would rather take the risk on Urias.
