Philly deals a veteran scorer for some younger talent. We also took Despres's contract off Ottawa's hands, something they wanted to unload so we got a late 2nd round pick for our efforts.
The rebuilding process is on track in Philly. :thumbsup:

Ottawa confirms. We were in the market for a scoring RW and Vrbata has a reasonable cap hit and depth on defence is always useful. We also have plenty of picks so we used one to cut ties with some dead weight on our roster. Good easy talks. Thanks PPG!

Maybe your swapping logos and divisions and keeping the team roster?

Damn straight! "Cold dead hand" with severe rigamortis set in and likely a distinct smell of a litter box left in the back of a 1972 Pinto on a hot Arizona late July afternoon along with 4yrs worth of freshman fastfood takeout wrappers and leftover stale food and probably a dead pigeon in the mix. Philly is ALL MINE!
