Title: Tampa moves -- RAYS GM Please Read

Please move Jose Pirela to minors and move Drew Jackson up. I don't want to use Pirelas service time yet as I am deep at MI.

Jose Pirela is a (P-2019), which means he is past the MiLB eligibility threshold and cannot be moved to your MiLB roster.  He has played in 60 games.  Here's the rule:

Item AVII B-2.0- Roster Eligibility
1.)Any player may be placed in the minors at any time unless, during a previous season or seasons, he has (a) played in 50 games (position player) or (b) accumulated 40 IP (pitcher) in the Major Leagues.

You have room on your MLB roster, so Drew Jackson can be promoted as requested.

I have returned Pirela to your MLB roster.
