In the interest of saving you some work,  I plan on signing and buying him out immediately (if no one else up bids him)

so

Buyout ,  all this year 2.6 million ,  @ 40%  (signed with a KHL team) = 1.04m.

If you need a roster spot, move Matta to IR temporarily.
