Title: Reds/Phillies BIG TRADE 2-20-17 10:35 am ET
Post by: Tarheels55 on February 20, 2017, 10:32:17 AM

:CIN: Trades

MI Bregman, Alex, $0.5m (P-n/a)
OF Moniak, Mickey, $0.5m (P-n/a)

:PHI: Trades

CI Franco, Maikel, $0.5m (P-2018)
OF Kim, Hyun-Soo, $5.5m (2019)
CI Drury, Brandon, $0.5m (P-2019)
OF Banks, Nick, $0.5m (P-n/a)

I really like my return for the stud(Bregman).I know he is an elite talent but my buddy Papps served up a package that I really like for him.Don't know much about Moniak but he may be the real deal maybe not.Franco is a consistent player, power, speed and solid.Kim is a nice talent and a need in the outfield on my team.I love Drury who should become a fixture in the desert for a long time.Banks was picked up in the 1st round and has some upside coming out of Texas A&M.

Thanks Papps  :toast:

Losing a hometown favorite in Franco hurts but I think Bregman has a much higher ceiling.  I'm hoping he puts it all together and lives up to all the hype.  I had high hopes for Drury but I really wanted Moniak.  In about three or four years I should know if waiting on him is worth it.

Thanks Dave, its always a pleasure!!!  Good luck this year!  :toast:
