The example I can give to draw an equal comparison is a bid of 3.0m ... it cannot be a two yr deal at 1.5m/yr because 1.5m thru 5.4m needs to be a 3yr deal.

Same goes for a 3.4m bid... 1.7 over 2yrs cant work so it becomes a 3yr deal.
