Twins trade:
SP Morton, Charlie, $3m (2017)
X-Morton, Charlie, Cash Exchange, $2.0m in 2017
Giants trade:
SP Heston, Chris, $0.5m (P-2018)
OF Pache, Cristian, $0.5m (P-n/a)
As a Giants fan who watched SP Chris Heston fall from grace in 2016, I was happy to see him get traded to Seattle. But, even with that, he is not assured of a spot in the rotation. SP Charlie Morton, on the other hand, is assured of a spot in the Astros' rotation, IF he can stay healthy, but given he's on an expiring contract, it's a risk the Giants are willing to take. OF Cristian Pache is ways away from MLB, but was included in the deal for the cash exchange.

I accept. Rather take the risk on a younger cheaper option. I like Pache's upside. Like Flash said he's a ways a way, but so am I. Easy simple trade. Thanks Flash :toth:
