Brian you will need to actually do the math on these and post the buyouts this way...
Eric Brewer, $0.2m (2016-2018) costs 0.2m (2016-2017) - 1yr b/o

Tomas fleischmann .700(2017) costs 500k 1yr buyout
David  rundblad  1m(2017) costs 700k 1yr buyout
Cody almond (Minors) released at no cost
