Title: White Sox GM hanging them up
Post by: Dan Wood on October 31, 2016, 12:59:16 PM
It is with great regret that I announce my retirement from Franchise GM. As with all good things, they must come to an end. With an increase in work duties, and not being around a computer while I do them, I can no longer juggle as many fantasy leagues as I used to. It's tough to leave as I was one of the original members, and have devoted countless hours to my teams and the rules.

I would like to thank Colby for introducing me to this new level of crack, and for Rick and Ernie for putting their time into keeping this league going. I've done it, and I know it is a thankless job.

I'm just going to have to settle for second place as my ceiling. I wish everyone the best and hope to run into you all in the fantasy world.

Dan,

We're sorry to see you leave FGM.  You've been a valuable member since the inception of the league, but we understand how the realities of the everyday world overshadow the needs of the world of fantasy baseball.  You've been a good friend and competitor, and on behalf of the league, thank you for your time in FGM. :toth:
