Title: BJs Recycle Some Junk in Nashville

BJs send ice shadow Method to Nashville where he can do his song and dance for another crowd. We're bringing in a young kid who actually plays hockey and likes hitting to hurt. That's our kind of hockey player.

:iatp: Preds accept this trade. I'd rather have a wily old vet on D with a cap friendly salary than so-so young D with big cap hit. I know Methot misses a dozen games of more like usual but he delivers what I want. Good doing business with you.

This is a fairly balanced trade involving defenseman of the same caliber. The difference in their salaries is offset by their age difference.
