Alright, the Nats make this move to bring in a top flight SP and just simply to shake things up a bit. I feel like I got a great return for Lawrie (my best piece), and I know for sure Mike and I are extremely happy with the move.
Thanks again Mike, one of the best negotiators in this league, hands down.

Simply put, I'm drinking the Lawrie cool-aid. I saw a breakdown on him that translated his minors numbers to ML numbers and it'd put him ahead of Cano at 2B and behind Bautista at 3B and no one else...that and a dollar will get me a quarter pounder I know. Guyer gives me Joyce insurance should Maddon employ them in a platoon and with Giavotella and Christian Colon, I have the Royals MI locked up for next 5 yrs. Always wanted to own Ichiro before he retires, to pay him nothing is great. Alexander Colome could break the top 50 specs next year.
Thanks for the kind words Jake, "Don't ever F%$&$ink do it again" lol

wow u are right u r loving u some lawrie

looks like the Nats are serious about competing next year and scoring some points this season. :iatp: Kind of an overpay on Lawrie but it could pay off if some of those names live up to their status

Just to be historically accurate, it was flavor-aid that the people of Jonestown drank. So you are drinking the Brett Lawrie flavor-aid
