Penalties For Non-Complance
Below OR Over Cap (1 week warning in effect after which penalty will be levied) = Lose Highest draft pick or at the discretion of the league commissioner(s) lose a player from active roster or receive $1.0m cap penalty for season if over cap or lose top rated MiLR player.
note: owners need some time to comply but given this is a salary cap league, the penalty must be severe.
Not a warning but a heads up that Buffalo appears to be under the cap floor to atart the season.
By Oct 12th, if the Sabres are still under the floor they will be given a 1 week WARNING to comply after which a penalty will be imposed.
Options will be Trade or Buyout player(s) to increase team salary. Contract extensions will not be available until the 15th day after Oct 12th (start of FNHL regular season). :judge:
