Title: yanks/tigers
Post by: OUDAN on July 31, 2011, 10:05:21 PM

the yanks have made a deal sending away one of our two starting catchers
so the yanks send

C Iannetta, Chris, $6.5m (2014)
with the yanks paying 3 mil in 2011
to the tigers for a guys i believe in and wanted back from the time i traded him
CI Viciedo, Dayan, $2.5m (2012)
P Cashner, Andrew, $0.5m (P-2013)

cashner is a good throw in who knows what he will do when he gets healthy.
the yanks do this to get viceido back and to save 6.5 mil next year which will help in our signing of rickie weeks
tigers to confirm

Tigers approve. We haven't had a legit catcher for so long, Ianneta is an ideal fit.
