Title: Pittsburgh trades Helton to Milwaukee!

After fielding offers from St. Louis, New York, Milwaukee and Philadelphia - the Pittsburgh Pirates have agreed to a deal with the Milwaukee Brewers.  This deal nets the Pirates a farmhand CI with upside and a top minor league spec on the DL.

CI Curry, Matthew, $0.5m (P-n/a)

:MIL: receives
CI Helton, Todd, $15.5m (2011)
X-CI Helton, Todd, Cash Exchange on Contract, $-10m in 2011
