You can't offer 2 mil for 4 years...maximum contract tenure on 2 million per year is 3 years. It's all in the FA rules, click thru the rules link under the Fantrax logo above.

Also bids should be in the full dollar value (i.e. $8m) - you don't need to state the years until you win the player.
