Post by: mcrow on April 15, 2016, 12:52:35 PM

The Pens would like to sign the following players to contract extensions to avoid them hitting free agency this summer:

Sidney Crosby, $5.6m (2012-2016) ... 5 years at $8.4m AAV as the 2nd C in 2015-16.

Shane Prince, $0.6m (2015-2016-EL) ... 2 years at $0.2m AAV as the 146th LW in 2015-16.

Daniel Sprong, $0.9m (2015-2016-EL) ... 2 years at $0.2m AAV as the 188th RW in 2015-16.

Martin Marincin, $0.2m (2014-2016) ... 2 years at $0.7m AAV as the 196th D in 2015-16.

Thanks!
