Yannick Weber, $1.8m (2014-2017) Buyout @.66  = 1.2 ,  if it can still be done under the 15/16 cap do it all in 1 year.  If this one cant be done in the 15/16 cap,  use my ABO on him.
Steve Downie, $0.9m (2015-2017)  buyout @.66 = .6 ,  same thing for him. 
Andrew Bodnarchuk, $0.2m (2015-2017) buyout @.66  = .1

:MON-NHL: has 2.4m in cap.
Can't use extra cap for Buyouts.

whoops,  ok,  use my ABO on Weber,  should equal 0.7mill 16, 17.

that should free up the room for the other 2 , 1 yr buyouts of downie and bodnarchuk.

BO to Kelser clears 1.7 in cap to BO the other 3 players now.
