Place Matt Garza and CJ Wilson on 60Day DL

Promote Tyler Naquin and AJ Schugel to 40man roster

I believe players have to actually be out for the year or on the 60 man DL in order to be placed on it.  It looks like Garza is on the 15 day DL.  I'll leave it for Chris to make a judgement.

It says he was moved to 60day DL within that article. Also shows 60day DL on Fantrax.

Garza was moved to 60 day DL by Brewers today so it's fine.
