Therefore please place Efren Navarro back on my roster per the open roster spot for Chesny Young signing.

Sorry Chris but you bid in him as a prospect contract http://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=204044.msg951423#msg951423. By definition he remains on Fantrax until you release him. That can be done at any time. As for Navarro you will need to win him back in FA.

As you can see; last season the approval was made that he was not awarded a pc contract because he could not have been given a pic contract due to innings pitched at the time of my original bid. Therefor it had to be a one year guaranteed contract for 500k, which completed and therefore he should have been removed from my roster at the end of he 2015 season.

Sorry but I could not see that from the post. All it said was "PC", I searched and found no other discussion. One thing you never want to do is trust my memory and I do not recall any further discussion.
