Title: Trade: Astros / Giants
Post by: chrisetc21 on February 14, 2016, 04:36:58 PM

Astros Trade
Daz Cameron
Cody Bellinger
Jomar Reyes
Jermaine Palacios
Juan Yepez
Chih-Wei Hu
Grofi Cruz

Giants Trade
Bryce Harper $2.5m (6th)

Astros have significant depth in prospects so figured it was time to unload some to add a big piece.  Harper will have a large re-sign value but I should have plenty of cap space to cover it.  Adding Harper to Buster Posey sets the groundwork for the rebuild of my MLB roster.  Thanks to Giants for negotiations.  Giants to confirm.

I to agree. I hate the idea of tradeing Harper but the amount of contract it was going to take to resign him was to much for me next year. The prospects I'm getting will help my team in the future
