As a league, we do not want to see any team become "unappealing" due to neglect. Unfortunately, our present :CLE: GM told us how excited he was to take over his hometown team--and then he simply vanished. We are actively searching for a replacement GM, but we have been unable to find anyone to take over the team.
In the meantime, if we just sit back and let free agency pass with intervening on behalf of the team, the roster becomes something of an albatross and will be even harder to fill
Therefore, I will be bidding on behalf of the :CLE: so that some players can be added to make the team more competitive. I have done this in other leagues and then stepped aside once a replacement has been found. As of today, the team has been without an active GM for almost 10 weeks.
