Title: Records

It is safe to say that our records are a bit extreme.  Weighting them 75% with a .500 record receiving the rest of the weight should make them more realistic. We can then start off the season 21-21 and have six-game weeks each week next year.  This also gives us two three-game series each week.

Six game weeks wouldn't be a problem but the three game series would result in records based more on luck than what we have with the present system.  That would put us back closer to last year's problems IMO.

My bad... I was thinking numerically rather than systematically.  Scratch the series part.  We do have weeks with series in our schedule in the middle of the season to force some separation and provide extra excitement.  We can continue with a similar schedule next year but at six games a week. :toast:

Changes are welcome but for next year
