Title: Commissioner Steps Down
Post by: joeshmoe on July 06, 2011, 02:35:11 PM
I as Commissioner of Franchise NHL hereby resign my position and duties.  I have had really almost no time to run a Franchise League and it's too hard to rely on others to help with the situation.  I can't go back and fix the problems, I just don't have the time.  Therefore, again I resign my position and relegate myself to purely the Boston Manager.  Hockeyfreak6000 (Peter), will officially fill the interm-Commissioner position.

I'm sure Hockeyfreak6000 (Peter) will do a great job with this league.

Wow.  Chris, could you show hockeyfreak how to edit the profile fields via group roster page?  I'll give him the mod abilities for the group.

I actually dont know how to do that haha.  If there's anything else he needs though I'll try my best, just send me a PM Peter.

It's just best for the league, I really have no time right now.  I'm working overnights to boot, and it has messed up my whole sleep/life schedule.  I can't do the league justice, and am apologizing time and again.  I need to simply step back from the biggest profsl thing on my plate.  It actually made coming to the site less appealing because I could see the work I was having difficulty completing.  This will be for the best.  It frees my time up for Old School NHL, discussions, and other leagues I'm already in, and the others I will be joining.

Sorry to hear Chris. When you were able to stay active here you were great. Hopefully Peter can give this league what it needs. Getting some serious owners will help out the situation as well. Best of luck this year as the Bruins but I believe the defending cup champs will be the team to beat.
