Title: 6th member needed for RC

We need a replacement member for Jake who will have a lot less time for the details of ProFSL with his new schedule.  I would like to replace him with another small market GM.

It is official... Mike Bailey is now the 6th member of the RC.  Besides the current six RC members, there have only been three other members on the committee in the history of the league (Jake, M.J., Chad), so it is expected he will serve for as long as he is in the league.
