Sorry just seeing this.

Can I promote and sign him?

I was checking on the updates but wasn't updated the last 3 days I checked. On the road driving through central Newfoundland right now so haven't checked since yesterday afternoon.

Pls let me know is this is ok to sign him now to his ELV value.

Unfortunately the clock expired and his agent was upset the Avs didn't offer his client a Entry Level deal to play in the Bigs.

C - William Karlsson (2011: 2/53 - 46 Games) has been released and is now a Free Agent.
