my mistake i thought i could do a longer contract on this deal so i would inturn like to withdraw my offer since it has not been 72 hours

I would be the high bid in this case. If this is something that is ok, I would no problem retaining the bid of 12m.

Signing bonuses are only applicable to prospect contracts.

The longest contract would be $4.5m (2013).  $4.5m each year for a total of $13.5m.  Next best option is $6.5m (2012).
