Title: Hawks Swing a Deal with Broadway Burke's Rangers
Post by: PsychoticPondGoons on November 07, 2015, 08:14:20 PM

Hawks make a deal with the Blueshirts to add a RW. We give up Nazie Kadri and a pair of specs. We get Andy Shaw and accept an overpriced D in Ekholm. Jake the Rose is a nice addition.

Traded to NYR
C Nazem Kadri, $5.6m (2014-2018)
C - Alan Quine (2013: 6/166 - 0 Games)
D - Magnus Nygren (2011: 4/113 - 0 Games)

Traded to Hawks
RW Andrew Shaw, $1.5m (2015-2018)
D Mattias Ekholm, $1.5m (2014-2017)
LW/C - Jacob De La Rose (2013: 2/34 - 33 Games)

Working on building the beast of the Central Div. to compete with the Avs, Blues and my nemesis Jets!

BB/:NYR: to confirm.
Thanks for waiting for me. Sorry it took so long to get back to you man!  :toast:

Quiet on the trade front for my Rangers.
Happy to land Kadri. He fits our plans. So does Quine.
Nygren's project.
